Ingredients
- 4 slices pork loin chops, boneless
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 can mushrooms,drained. or use fresh
- 8 ounces warm beer
How To Make bavarian pork chops

Step 1Dust pork chops with flour. Brown quickly in butter in hot skillet. Remove chops. Add mushrooms, and thyme to skillet; saute briefly. Return chops to skillet, add beer. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes.
