  • 4 slice
    pork loin chops, boneless
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms,drained. or use fresh
  • 8 oz
    warm beer

How to Make Bavarian Pork Chops


  1. Dust pork chops with flour. Brown quickly in butter in hot skillet. Remove chops. Add mushrooms, and thyme to skillet; saute briefly. Return chops to skillet, add beer. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes.
