pork loin chops, boneless
1/4 c
flour
1 Tbsp
butter
1/2 tsp
thyme
1 can(s)
mushrooms,drained. or use fresh
8 oz
warm beer

How to Make Bavarian Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1Dust pork chops with flour. Brown quickly in butter in hot skillet. Remove chops. Add mushrooms, and thyme to skillet; saute briefly. Return chops to skillet, add beer. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes.
