Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
A hearty way to start the day! This recipe is so simple and you probably have the ingredients already in the fridge. We tried this will little smokies, but can't wait to try other types of sausage. Each would add a slightly different flavor that I think would be fabulous. Make sure to let the potatoes get on the crunchy side... so good.

Ingredients

2 c
frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
2 Tbsp
oil
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
chopped bell pepper (any color)
10
little smokies sausages (or any other sausage you'd like)
4
eggs
