Ingredients

1 1/2 inch slice4 slices of pork steaks...1 1/2 inches thick

·salt and pepper, rosemary, thyme, and any other herbs you amy want to add. mix it all together and rub it on the meat. or, i have an extra sale shaker that i put the spices in, and then shake them on the meat.

·i use between 1 1/2 to 2 cups sauce in the crock pot. use more, depending on the amout of pork steaks you fix.
How to Make Barbque Pork Steaks
- After browning the meat, put in the crock pot, and cook on low for about 4 hours. Meat will be tender that you won't need a knife to cut it with. Take out of crock pot and serve.
