barbque pork steaks
(1 RATING)
I mix the spices together, rub them on the pork steaks, then brown them. I then, pour barbque sauce in my crock pot, put the pork steaks in the pot, and pour more sauce on them. My late husband said they were as good as the ones he grilled outside. I will add HOT bar be que sauce to regular sauce, just to add a little pizzazz to it.

How To Make barbque pork steaks
-
Step 1After browning the meat, put in the crock pot, and cook on low for about 4 hours. Meat will be tender that you won't need a knife to cut it with. Take out of crock pot and serve.
