Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 - green onion cut in half
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 - pork tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make barbequed pork

Step 1Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl.

Step 2Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.

Step 4Drain pork, reserving marinade.

Step 5Place tenderloins on wire rack over baking pan.

Step 6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, turning and basting often with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.

Step 7Remove pork from oven; cool.

Step 8Cut into diagonal slices.

Step 9Makes about 8 appetizer size servings.
