Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 - green onion cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons dry red wine
  • 1 - garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 - pork tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How To Make barbequed pork

  • Step 1
    Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Drain pork, reserving marinade.
  • Step 5
    Place tenderloins on wire rack over baking pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, turning and basting often with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Remove pork from oven; cool.
  • Step 8
    Cut into diagonal slices.
  • Step 9
    Makes about 8 appetizer size servings.
