soy sauce
green onion cut in half
2 Tbsp
dry red wine
garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
pork tenderloins
1 Tbsp

How to Make Barbequed Pork


  • 1Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl.
  • 2Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely.
  • 3Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  • 4Drain pork, reserving marinade.
  • 5Place tenderloins on wire rack over baking pan.
  • 6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, turning and basting often with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
  • 7Remove pork from oven; cool.
  • 8Cut into diagonal slices.
  • 9Makes about 8 appetizer size servings.
