barbequed kielbasa & rice casserole
I made this for dinner last night and we really enjoyed it, so I thought I would share. It was done in no time at all. So easy to fix. I called my husband to the table and he couldn't believe I had already cooked it.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 package kielbasa, cut into one inch slices
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 3/4 cup good barbeque sauce
- 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make barbequed kielbasa & rice casserole

Step 1In a large skillet, add the tablespoon of oil. When hot, add the kielbasa and brown well on both sides. Add the cooked rice in the with kielbasa and stir well. Add in your ranch style beans (if you can't find them use Pinto beans) and barbeque sauce. Stir all together and heat through. When hot, turn off the heat and spread top with shredded cheese. Place lid on top so cheese will melt.
