Ingredients

4 lbribs
-
2 Tbspbutter or drippings

1 mediumonion, minced

2 Tbspvinegar

4 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/8 tspcayene pepper

1 cketchup
-
3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 Tbspground mustard

1 cwater
-
1/2 ccelery chopped

How to Make Barbeque Ribs
- Brown ribs in fat in large skillet. When ribs are brown, transfer to roasting pan. Roast for 2 hours at 350.
- Just before ribs are done, melt butter in a skillet and brown onion. Add remaining ingredients. When hot, pour over ribs and roast in oven another 15 min or until desired thickness is reached.
