Ingredients
- 4 pounds ribs
- 2 tablespoons butter or drippings
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayene pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 2 tablespoons fat
How To Make barbeque ribs

Step 1Brown ribs in fat in large skillet. When ribs are brown, transfer to roasting pan. Roast for 2 hours at 350.

Step 2Just before ribs are done, melt butter in a skillet and brown onion. Add remaining ingredients. When hot, pour over ribs and roast in oven another 15 min or until desired thickness is reached.
