I cut this recipe out of the newspaper many years ago.I made this for my family when my kids were at home.I forgot all about it until today.I happened to be looking through a makeshift cookbook a friend made for me and I would paste recipes I cut into it.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups chopped leftover pork
- 2/3 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 6 - sandwich buns
How To Make barbecued pork on bun

Step 1Saute green peppers and onions in oil.

Step 2Add pork,catsup,mustard,sugar,worcestershire,salt and water.

Step 3Cook over low heat until thick.

Step 4Serve on warmed buns.
