Ingredients
- 8 - rib pork chops, 1 inch thick
- - flour
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup catchup
How To Make barbecued pork chops

Step 1Dredge chops in flour. Brown in shortening. Pour off excess fat.

Step 2In a mixing bowl add the 2 Tablespoon flour to mustard and make a paste. Add remaining ingredients.

Step 3Blend well and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
