This is one of my husband's comfort foods. He grew up with this recipe -- it's hard to live up to a memory! But I got the recipe from his mom, and he says it's just as good, if not better. Easy, hearty, comforting. All things that make for a great recipe.

How to Make Barbecue Ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Cover bottom of pan with lemon juice. Place ribs in pan. Slice onion and place slices over ribs.
  2. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350*F for 45 minutes.
  3. Uncover. Turn ribs 1/4 turn. Put entire bottle of barbecue sauce over top of ribs. Bake for 45 minutes, turning occasionally every 15 minutes.
