Y'all know I love me some ribs. Here is another 2 die 4 rib recipe. These are sweet and a lil' spicy. You have got to try these. You can make these babies year around indoor or outdoor. They are the perfect tailgate or gameday finger lickin' good ribs. Enjoy. Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Ingredients

  • 5-6 pounds slab baby back ribs-skin removed from back
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon allspice, powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1-2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • BASTE
  • 2 tablespoons blackberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup cup dry red wine
  • 1 cup blackberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 3 sticks extra virgin olive oil
  • GLAZE
  • 1/4 cup blackberry preserves
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make bangin' blackberry baby back bones

  • Step 1
    Mix all the rub ingredients together. Rub a generous amount of rub on ribs. Wrap ribs with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 2
    Prepare smoker to a temperature of 250 degrees.
  • Step 3
    Combine baste ingredients in a mixing bowl. Baste ribs every 30 to 45 minutes. Smoke ribs for 3-4 hours. Change out wood chips and liquid in water pan as needed.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile add glaze ingredients to a small sauce pan. Allow sauce to boil until bubbles begin to form. This will take about 8-10 minutes. Spread glaze over ribs and enjoy.
