BASTE
-
2 Tbspblackberry preserves

1/2 ccup dry red wine

1 cblackberry juice
-
2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

3 stickextra virgin olive oil

GLAZE
-
1/4 cblackberry preserves
-
1 cdry red wine
-
1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1/2 cwater
How to Make Bangin' Blackberry Baby Back Bones
- Mix all the rub ingredients together. Rub a generous amount of rub on ribs. Wrap ribs with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare smoker to a temperature of 250 degrees.
- Combine baste ingredients in a mixing bowl. Baste ribs every 30 to 45 minutes. Smoke ribs for 3-4 hours. Change out wood chips and liquid in water pan as needed.
- Meanwhile add glaze ingredients to a small sauce pan. Allow sauce to boil until bubbles begin to form. This will take about 8-10 minutes. Spread glaze over ribs and enjoy.
