Bangers and Noodles with Onion Gravy

1 Tbspvegetable oil

4 largesausages of your choice cut in half

1 largeonion sliced

4 clovegarlic minced
-
3 Tbspflour
-
2 cbeef broth
-
·salt and pepper to taste

8 ozegg noodles cooked and drained
How to Make Bangers and Noodles with Onion Gravy
- Add the oil to a large pan. Brown the sausages until cooked or if precooked just until browned. Remove the sausages to a plate and set aside.
- You need at least 2 tbsp oil left in the pan. If not add some butter. Add the onion and garlic and saute 4 minutes. Whisk in the flour and mix through. Add 1 cup of the beef broth and mix well. Then add the rest of the beef broth and whisk until thickened. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve the gravy over the cooked noodles and top with sausages.
