How to Make Balsamic Rosemary Pork Loin
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2Combine rosemary, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a coarse, wet paste.
3Spread on all sides of roast.
4Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 50 minutes or until roast reaches 150 degrees.
5Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and arrange for serving.
