How to Make Balsamic Rosemary Pork Loin
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine rosemary, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a coarse, wet paste.
- Spread on all sides of roast.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 50 minutes or until roast reaches 150 degrees.
- Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and arrange for serving.
