Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin
- 1 cup fresh rosemary
- 12 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
How To Make balsamic rosemary pork loin

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Combine rosemary, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a coarse, wet paste.

Step 3Spread on all sides of roast.

Step 4Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 50 minutes or until roast reaches 150 degrees.

Step 5Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and arrange for serving.
