Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
boneless pork loin
1 c
fresh rosemary
12 clove
garlic
3 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pepper

How to Make Balsamic Rosemary Pork Loin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2Combine rosemary, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a coarse, wet paste.
  • 3Spread on all sides of roast.
  • 4Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 50 minutes or until roast reaches 150 degrees.
  • 5Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and arrange for serving.
