(3/4 inch thick) boneless center cut loin pork chops
2 tsp
lemon pepper
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1/2 c
balsamic vinegar
1/3 c
canned chicken broth

How to Make balasmic pork chops


  • 1sprinkle chops evenly with lemon pepper. heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat until hot, add chops. cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. remove chops from skillet, keep warm.
  • 2combine vinegar and broth in skillet, stirring to loosen any brown bits from pan. cook over medium high heat 4 minutes or until mixture is reduced to a thin sauce. spoon over chops.
