Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds pork shoulder roll
- 2 cans 17 oz each, yams, drained
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
How To Make baked pork & yams

Step 1Slice pork into 1/2 " slices, overlap in a baking dish...bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Step 2Remove, place yams around meat. Combine sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with butter or margarine and add marshmallows.

Step 3Place back in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
