My husband and sons love this dish because they are huge meat eaters. I often prepare this dish because it is simple, tasty, and doesn't take all day to prepare. Besides it is a more healthy alternative to frying and using a lot of sodium. You can also use pork chops as a substitute and any of your favorite herbs with this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 or 2 packages pork steaks
- 1/2 bottle worchestire sauce
- - lemon pepper seasoning
How To Make baked pork steaks

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Wash pork steaks and then place them in a 9x13 baking dish or aluminum baking pan.

Step 3Pour worchestire sause evenly over the pork steaks until every piece of meat is covered.

Step 4Evenly distribute lemon pepper seasoning over pork steaks.

Step 5Cover baking dish securely with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender and meat falls from the bone.
