baked pork chops with apples & stuffing
I made this yesterday and should of taken a picture of it. It was wonderful. The apple pie filling complements the pork so well.

Ingredients
- 3 - 4 - large pork chops (bone-in)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon peper
- - pork seasoning (i.e., weber steak n' chop, and rib rack pork spice rub)
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground (optional)
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1 package pork stuffing mix
How To Make baked pork chops with apples & stuffing

Step 1Grease a 9'x13' baking dish by spraying with olive oil. Add apple pie filling and sprinkle with Cinnamon to your liking.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3Rinse chops and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, and pork seasoning to your taste. In a med/large. skillet, brown chops in butter or olive oil.

Step 4While chops are browning, prepare stuffing mix to box/bag directions. Set aside for time on box/bag.

Step 5When chops are browned, lay them on top of the apple pie filling. Fluff stuffing with a fork, and spoon over chops. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Meat thermometer should read 160 degrees, if you use one.
