baked moist & seasoned bone-in pork chops
I don't eat a lot of pork but I found these chops to be so moist, neither hubby nor I could resist!

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1-1/2 tablespoon mccormick smokehouse maple seasoning
- pinch sea salt
- pinch black pepper
How To Make baked moist & seasoned bone-in pork chops

Step 1Heat oven to 425 and spray a foil lined shallow pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2With a sheet of clean paper towels,pat dry chops on both sides.Sprinkle seasoning, salt & pepper on both sides of chops, making sure to really press the seaonings into the chops.

Step 3Place chops in pan,set pan on middle rack of oven. cook 20 mins. Take pan out of oven & set oven to broil. Once broiler is preheated, place pan w/ chops on top rack. Broil 5 minutes.
