- Soak limas in a large pot of water overnight
- Cook in water the next day for 1 hour till tender
- Drain some of the water, not all and pour limas into a large baking pan
- Add catsup, brown sugar, dash of onion flakes, and a dash of parsley flakes.
- Brown pork chops and put into limas
