This glaze is great. You can never have too much-you may want to double it so that you have extra sauce!

    fully cooked spiral sliced ham (10-14) lbs.
  • 1 c
  • 1
    6 oz. can can orange juice concentrate, thawedd
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/3 c
    apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves

How to Make Baked Ham with Honey Apricot Glaze


  1. Heat oven to 325*
  2. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  3. Stir together honey, orange juice concentrate soy sauce, jam nutmeg and cloves.
  4. Bake ham for 30 minutes; pour glaze over ham and continue to baake until ham is heated through (about 2 1/2 hours) About 15-18 minutes per pound.
