This was another one of my Nannie's recipes. It was not a holiday dinner without this ham!! My family are not big fans of turkey so this was a must!

How to Make Baked Coke- Cola Ham

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl mix together the cola, brown sugar and mustard
  2. Place ham in a deep roasting pan- If I am making this to take somewhere I use an aluminum foil pan.
  3. Pierce ham with a knife several times. Pour the coke mixture over the ham. Cover with foil - Bake at 350 degrees for 3- 3 1/2 hours!
  4. I pour the" Ham Juice " in a canning jar and take it with me - then pour it back over the ham to keep moist!
