  • 6 - bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 cups grated asiago cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups panko bread crumbs

  • Step 1
    Combine panko, grated asiago, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in medium bowl and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Dip each pork chop in melted butter and dredge in panko mixture, making sure you coat all sides thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Arrange breaded chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until done.
