Ingredients
- 10 pounds pork loin
- 2 boxes pork stuffing
- 1 cup craisins
- 1 cup celery
- 1 small white onion
- 14-18 slices thick cut bacon
- 1 box wooden toothpicks
- 1 box aluminum foil
- 1 jar apple wood pork seasoning
How To Make bacon wrapped stuffed pork loin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Butterfly your entire pork loin down the middle;long ways; leaving the halves thinly attached

Step 3Rub entire pork loin down with the apple wood seasoning

Step 4Chop 1 cup of your celery and onion

Step 5Cook stuffing adding the celery, onions to the boiling water to soften before adding the stuffing mix

Step 6Spoon cooked stuffing mixture into the middle of the pork loin

Step 7Add craisins onto the stuffing

Step 8Close the pork loin

Step 9Wrap the entire length of the pork loin with your bacon, going around and secure each slice with a toothpick.

Step 10Wrap in foil and place in oven on a large cooking sheet

Step 11Bake at 350 covered for 1 hour.

Step 12Remove from oven. Remove foil and check for pinkness, if found return to the oven until fully cooked.

Step 13When fully cooked set your oven to high broil to toast the bacon tops.

Step 14After toasting remove from oven and slice between each slice of bacon and serve
