Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin or roast
- 8 ounces spinach, drained
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp - worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 8 ounces dr. pepper or cherry cola
- 4 slices bacon
How To Make bacon wrapped pork roast w/spinach&feta stuffing

Step 1Mix spinach together with cheese, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2Filet tenderloin and spread spinach mixture in the tenderloin.

Step 3Roll up tenderloin to enclose filling; season tenderloin with remaining ingredients (creole, garlic powder & italian seasoning) wrap bacon around tenderloin; secure with toothpicks.

Step 4Place in roasting pan and pour Dr. Pepper over tenderloin. Cover & bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 and bake until meat thermometer registers 160
