pork tenderloin or roast
8 oz
spinach, drained
4 oz
feta cheese, crumbled
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
creole seasoning
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
italian seasoning
8 oz
dr. pepper or cherry cola
4 slice

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Pork roast w/Spinach&Feta Stuffing


  • 1Mix spinach together with cheese, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
  • 2Filet tenderloin and spread spinach mixture in the tenderloin.
  • 3Roll up tenderloin to enclose filling; season tenderloin with remaining ingredients (creole, garlic powder & italian seasoning) wrap bacon around tenderloin; secure with toothpicks.
  • 4Place in roasting pan and pour Dr. Pepper over tenderloin. Cover & bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 and bake until meat thermometer registers 160
