Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin for Two

Morcash Sweat

My husband bought a small pork tenderloin on sale. Before he got to put his spin on it, and my reviewing recipes from JAP for days on end. I said, I have bacon! Let's wrap it first and then cook it on the smoker.
We were high-fiving and raising our hands after we made this! It WAS so tender and delicious, but it's gone now.
