My husband bought a small pork tenderloin on sale. Before he got to put his spin on it, and my reviewing recipes from JAP for days on end. I said, I have bacon! Let's wrap it first and then cook it on the smoker. We were high-fiving and raising our hands after we made this! It WAS so tender and delicious, but it's gone now.

- 1 package thin bacon slices
- 1 small pork loin, boneless
- - your favorite rub
How To Make bacon-wrapped pork loin for two

Step 1Unwrap pork tenderloin, sprinkle your favorite rub.

Step 2Take bacon and make a basket weave pattern over the top of pork tenderloin. After completing, add another sprinkle of rub.

Step 3Place tenderloin on hot or high temp smoker (about 385 degrees), and let cook for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
