My husband bought a small pork tenderloin on sale. Before he got to put his spin on it, and my reviewing recipes from JAP for days on end. I said, I have bacon! Let's wrap it first and then cook it on the smoker.
We were high-fiving and raising our hands after we made this! It WAS so tender and delicious, but it's gone now.

How to Make Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin for Two


  • 1Unwrap pork tenderloin, sprinkle your favorite rub.
  • 2Take bacon and make a basket weave pattern over the top of pork tenderloin. After completing, add another sprinkle of rub.
  • 3Place tenderloin on hot or high temp smoker (about 385 degrees), and let cook for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
