These Brats were prepared by my husband while he was in Germany in the Army. These are a man's man kind of meal. In other words...any guy can cook these!!
Great for Superbowl Parties or BBQ's!!
Remember: Beer = Flavor
Onion = Soaks up the
grease & flavors
Ketchup = vinegar in
this breaks down
the casing for a
"leaner" brat.

How to Make Bachelor Brats


  1. In a large dutch oven, boil brats with ALL ingredients for 30 to 45 minutes. Place on grill!
