This is such an easy rub/marinade and would be great on any type of pork or chicken. There is no need for BBQ sauce with this rub!

How To Make awesome & easy smoked country style pork ribs

  • Step 1
Mix half pinto bean seasoning and half brown sugar. I rubbed about 4 lbs of ribs and used close to a cup of each. Rub both sides of your protein, wrap in foil and let sit over night.
  • Step 2
We normally smoke our meats with mesquite, we're in West Texas, so it's free!! Most authorities say you should cook pork to a internal temp between 145-165. If you don't have a cut that allows you to take it's temp, your pork should pull apart easily without having to use a knife.
  • Step 3
I smoked these around 250° for about 4 hours.
