  • 1 large

  • 1/2 c
    chopped carrots
  • 3 c
    already cooked long-grain rice
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries (or raisins if you prefer)
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/3 c
    chicken broth or water

How to Make AUTUMN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned.
  2. Place sausage and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
