My Aunt Mary shared this recipe for our family cookbook. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds meat cut in pieces (pork butt)
  • 2 tablespoons paparika
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
  • 2 - garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup red wine (not sweet)

How To Make aunt mary's blade meat

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight, simmer, covered,until meat is tender.
  • Step 2
    OR, (my note) you can grill this and serve on rolls.
