Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    meat cut in pieces (pork butt)
  • 2 Tbsp
    paparika
  • 2 tsp
    salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
  • 2
    garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 c
    red wine (not sweet)

How to Make Aunt Mary's Blade Meat

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight, simmer, covered,until meat is tender.
  2. OR, (my note) you can grill this and serve on rolls.
