Ingredients
- 5 pounds meat cut in pieces (pork butt)
- 2 tablespoons paparika
- 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
- 2 - garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 cup red wine (not sweet)
How To Make aunt mary's blade meat

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight, simmer, covered,until meat is tender.
