meat cut in pieces (pork butt)
2 Tbsp
2 tsp
salt (or to taste)
1 tsp
3 Tbsp
hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 c
red wine (not sweet)

How to Make Aunt Mary's Blade Meat


  • 1Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight, simmer, covered,until meat is tender.
  • 2OR, (my note) you can grill this and serve on rolls.
