This recipe takes everyday pork chops to a delicious new level! The combination of all the ingredients in the marinade not only gives the pork chops a wonderful flavor but also makes a fantastic gravy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, such as demerara
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 4-5 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 4 large pork chops of 1/2-inch thick
- 4 large button mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water
How To Make asian sesame pork chops

Step 1In a shallow oven safe baking dish, combine oils, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, hoisin, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, sugar, cayenne and garlic; stir to combine. Add pork chops, and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Step 2Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake marinated pork chops in preheat oven for 35 to 40 minutes, basting meat often with marinade.

Step 3Remove from oven and place chops on a warm plate. Carefully pour marinate into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and add mushrooms. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Pour cornstarch, stir for 1 minute or until gravy is thickens
