Delicious marinade for a pork loin. The amount of marinade ingredients you use depends on how big your roast is. You could also do this marinade on thick-cut medallions. Slice thin after cooked for delish appetizer sandwiches. Also great on a salad.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The Asian-inspired marinade makes the pork loin super tasty. It's a simple and flavorful roasted pork recipe that falls apart in your mouth. You can serve this pork in many ways. Slice it and serve alongside some fried rice or on top of a green salad. Dice the pork and include it IN your fried rice recipe. This would make great sandwiches, too, with a bit of mayonnaise and mustard or barbecue sauce. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make Asian Pork Loin

Test Kitchen Tips
We cooked the meat in a Dutch oven to keep the meat from drying out. A good rule of thumb for roasting pork is 20 minutes per pound. When cooked, it should be between 150-155 degrees.

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover the marinade on all sides of the meat.
  3. Roll in Saran Wrap and let sit in the fridge a few hours or overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 until done, usually about 2 hours (alter timing based on the size).
