These are included in every backyard burger bash. They're crunchy and salty sweet, a soft egg bun is a nice contrast in texture! My family loves "international burgers" to change things up a bit and this fits the bill deliciously!

How To Make asian pork burgers with teriyaki ketchup

  • Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients for the burger, adding only enough breadcrumbs so that the mixture holds together.
  • Step 2
Shape into six equal patties. Place on grill and cook about 5 minutes per side or until the pork is cooked, but still juicy. Turn only once.
  • Step 3
While the burger are cooking make the ketchup. Add the teriyaki stir fry sauce to taste.
  • Step 4
Heat the buns, but don't toast them. Place one burger on each bun, add a dollop of the ketchup, top and enjoy!
