Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 cup brown sugar, light
- 3 - scallions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
How To Make asian marinade for pork roast

Step 1Put together soy sauce, sesame oil & worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

Step 2Then whisk in brown sugar, scallions, garlic & pepper.

Step 3Put all ingredients in a plastic bag with pork and marinade overnight or at least 6 hours.

Step 4Remove from plastic bag & bake in oven at 325 degrees.
