  • 1/4 c

  • 2 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    korean chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • BOWL
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles cooked drained and cooled
  • 1 sm
    cans good quality tuna in oil drained
  • 2 c
    shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 lg
    scallions sliced
  • 8 sm
    sweet pickles sliced in half
  • 1 c
    cilantro chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    hemp seed hearts
  • 4 Tbsp
    shelled pistachio nuts
