  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon korean chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • BOWL
  • 8 ounces rice noodles cooked drained and cooled
  • 1 small cans good quality tuna in oil drained
  • 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 large scallions sliced
  • 8 small sweet pickles sliced in half
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seed hearts
  • 4 tablespoons shelled pistachio nuts

  • Step 1
    Mix ingredients together for the dressing and set in fridge for flavors to marry.
  • Step 2
    Once noodles are cooked and drained run cold water over until the noodles are cold.
