Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon korean chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup water
- BOWL
- 8 ounces rice noodles cooked drained and cooled
- 1 small cans good quality tuna in oil drained
- 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 2 large scallions sliced
- 8 small sweet pickles sliced in half
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 4 tablespoons hemp seed hearts
- 4 tablespoons shelled pistachio nuts

Step 1Mix ingredients together for the dressing and set in fridge for flavors to marry.

Step 2Once noodles are cooked and drained run cold water over until the noodles are cold.

Step 3Get out 4 plates or bowls. Add noodles then top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle dressing over top
