    lime juice
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    korean chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
  • BOWL

  • 8 oz
    rice noodles cooked drained and cooled
  • 1 small
    cans good quality tuna in oil drained
  • 2 c
    shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 large
    scallions sliced
  • 8 small
    sweet pickles sliced in half
  • 1 c
    cilantro chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    hemp seed hearts
  • 4 Tbsp
    shelled pistachio nuts

How to Make Asian Inspired Tuna Budda Bowl (cold noodles)


  1. Mix ingredients together for the dressing and set in fridge for flavors to marry.
  2. Once noodles are cooked and drained run cold water over until the noodles are cold.
  3. Get out 4 plates or bowls. Add noodles then top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle dressing over top
