How To Make asian inspired sub sammies
-
Step 1Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, lime juice and black pepper. Grate garlic into mixture, mix together.
-
Step 2I'm sure different cuts of pork would work, but pork steak were on sale so that's what I used. Slice your pork thinly against the grain.
-
Step 3Place pork in ziploc bag and add marinade. Place bag in a bowl or pan and marinade 24 hrs. Remove marinade and grill indoor or out.
-
Step 4Slice veggies and drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with a small amount of granulated garlic and grill.
-
Step 5Spread butter on the inside of your sub buns, sprinkle with granulated garlic or garlic salt, and red pepper flakes if desired.
-
Step 6Toast buns in 400° oven till slightly browned. Place pork and veggies inside and enjoy. Add your favorite Asian condiments!!!
