asian burger w/ asian slaw
Needed to try something different with my burgers, This is what I came up with from my pantry. Turned into an asian night! Very tastey filling burger! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, pork mix (meatloaf mix)
- 4 - green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- ASIAN SLAW
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce, light
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 - packet splenda
- 1 - packet seasoning from oriental ramen noodles
- 2 - chopped green onions
- 3-4 cups pre mix slaw
- 4 BUNS OF CHOICE
How To Make asian burger w/ asian slaw

Step 1Mix contents of dressing, first 6 ingredients. Shake well. Add slaw and green onions. set aside.

Step 2Mix first 7 ingredients for patties, shape into 4 patties. Grill or fry for 5-6 min. per side. Let rest for 4min, before assembling burgers and slaw on 4 buns of choice.
