This is best when served the next day and can be served either warm or cold. I prefer it warm with fresh parmesan cheese melted slightly on top.

penne pasta - cooked al dente'
1 pkg
johnsonville italian sausage
1 medium
onion - chopped
4 stick
celery - chopped
1 1/2 c
artichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
3 small
tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
fresh parmesan cheese

How to Make Artichoke Sausage Pasta


  • 1Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian
  • 2Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor
  • 3add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well
  • 4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
