- 1 box penne pasta - cooked al dente'
- 1 package johnsonville italian sausage
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 4 sticks celery - chopped
- 1 1/2 cups artichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
- 3 small tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
- - fresh parmesan cheese

Step 1Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian

Step 2Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor

Step 3add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well

Step 4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
