This is best when served the next day and can be served either warm or cold. I prefer it warm with fresh parmesan cheese melted slightly on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 box penne pasta - cooked al dente'
  • 1 package johnsonville italian sausage
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 4 sticks celery - chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups artichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
  • 3 small tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
  • - fresh parmesan cheese

How To Make artichoke sausage pasta

  • Step 1
    Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian
  • Step 2
    Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor
  • Step 3
    add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well
  • Step 4
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
