1 pkgjohnsonville italian sausage
1 mediumonion - chopped
4 stickcelery - chopped
1 1/2 cartichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
3 smalltomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
·fresh parmesan cheese
How to Make Artichoke Sausage Pasta
- Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian
- Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor
- add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
