This is best when served the next day and can be served either warm or cold. I prefer it warm with fresh parmesan cheese melted slightly on top.

  • 1 box
    penne pasta - cooked al dente'
  • 1 pkg
    johnsonville italian sausage
  • 1 medium
    onion - chopped
  • 4 stick
    celery - chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    artichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
  • 3 small
    tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
  • ·
    fresh parmesan cheese

How to Make Artichoke Sausage Pasta


  1. Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian
  2. Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor
  3. add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
