apple sausage
My grandmother Mabel Kennedy Sullivan use to make this for our huge family... It is a healthier sausage than the usual sausages most people are use to, and it was a way to "stretch" the meat for for our big family. I actually prefer this to most other sausages. This tasty sausage can be made on the grill or in a skillet... Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Cook up a couple sausages... and then add more ingredients to make it your own!
