Found this in a very small cookbook in a gift shop. Made it once for my huband, he LOVED it! A great fall revipe!

Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, boneless or with bone
- 4-6 - apples, i prefer granny smith
- 1 - onion, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
- - dijon mustard
- - garlic salt and pepper
How To Make apple pork chops

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Place apple slices in a 9 by 13 baking dish, scatter onions on rop.

Step 3Drizzle honey over apples and onion, then sprinkle 1tablespoob over apples and onions

Step 4Prepare pork chops by spreading with dijon mustard and season with garlic salt and pepper, place over apples and onions. (I usually sear my pork chops before adding the mustard)¢

Step 5Sprinkle pork chops with remaining caraway seeds

Step 6Cover with foil, , bake at 350 for an hour
