Found this in a very small cookbook in a gift shop. Made it once for my huband, he LOVED it! A great fall revipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 - pork chops, boneless or with bone
  • 4-6 - apples, i prefer granny smith
  • 1 - onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
  • - dijon mustard
  • - garlic salt and pepper

How To Make apple pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Place apple slices in a 9 by 13 baking dish, scatter onions on rop.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle honey over apples and onion, then sprinkle 1tablespoob over apples and onions
  • Step 4
    Prepare pork chops by spreading with dijon mustard and season with garlic salt and pepper, place over apples and onions. (I usually sear my pork chops before adding the mustard)¢
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle pork chops with remaining caraway seeds
  • Step 6
    Cover with foil, , bake at 350 for an hour
