- - 1 tablespoon oil
- - 8 boneless pork chops
- - 2 6 oz. boxes stove top stuffing mix
- - 2 21 oz. cans apple pie filling
How To Make apple pork chop casserole

Step 1Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops in oil until both sides are browned.

Step 2Prepare stuffing mix per package directions. Pour pie filling into a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan; lay chops on top. Cover with stuffing.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chops are cooked through.
