The apples go so good together with the pork chops. Very good and filling. Use any flavor stuffing you like. We like the cornbread.

How to Make Apple Pork Chop Casserole


  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops in oil until both sides are browned.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix per package directions. Pour pie filling into a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan; lay chops on top. Cover with stuffing.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chops are cooked through.
