Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, bone in
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can apples
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey (plus, to your taste)
- - parsley, to sprinkle
How To Make apple/honey pork chops

Step 1Pat chops dry using paper towels. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chops, both sides for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove chops.

Step 3Add canned apples, honey and garlic. Simmer til it thickens up a little. Add chops back into skillet. Cover and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle with parsley. Serve. (I like to serve it over rice.)
