I love the flavor of Apples and Pork Chops. This recipe satisfies my taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, bone in
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can apples
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus, to your taste)
  • - parsley, to sprinkle

How To Make apple/honey pork chops

  • Step 1
    Pat chops dry using paper towels. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chops, both sides for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove chops.
  • Step 3
    Add canned apples, honey and garlic. Simmer til it thickens up a little. Add chops back into skillet. Cover and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve. (I like to serve it over rice.)
