1 1/2 cdried apple slices

1 cfresh apple cider

3 spriglemon thyme

How To Make apple cider pork roast with sauerkraut & apples

1Season your roast with salt and pepper, place your pork roast in your crockpot and mix the sauerkraut and dried apple slices and place around the roast, pour the cider over and add lemon thyme sprigs.

2Cook on low for approx 6 hours or until meat is tender.
