apple cider pork roast with sauerkraut and apples
This pork roast is delicious. A little sweet and savory at the same time. I served it with my homemade applesauce.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
If you're looking for a comforting fall dinner recipe, try this apple cider pork roast with sauerkraut and apples. After simmering in the slow cooker, the roast pork is extremely tender. It absorbs the flavors of the tangy sauerkraut, sweet dried apples, and apple cider. Sprigs of lemon thyme add a slight citrusy twist of flavor. We served this pork roast over a bed of roasted potatoes.
