Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds pork roast
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1-1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make apple cider pork roast-crock pot

Step 1Trim pork roast of excess fat. Place roast in crock-pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover tightly and cook on low 10-12 hours. On high 5-6 hours. Makes 8-10 servings.
