Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork chops
  • 1 cup apple, chopped
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

How To Make apple-apricot chops - crockpot

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients; cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low.
  • Step 2
    About 30 minutes before serving, pour liquid into a separate container to skim off excess fat. Stir in cornstarch mixture and return broth to crockpot. Continue cooking on low until smooth and thickened.
