Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork chops
- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water

Step 1Combine all ingredients; cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low.

Step 2About 30 minutes before serving, pour liquid into a separate container to skim off excess fat. Stir in cornstarch mixture and return broth to crockpot. Continue cooking on low until smooth and thickened.
