I know the name sounds odd, but I honestly can't remember the real name. This recipe acquired the new name when my uncle had emergency surgery to remove his appendix after having this for dinner. Don't worry though, this has been made several more times without incident.

Ingredients
- 5 - 7 - boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
- 1 package onion, chopped
- 1/2 - bag of dried cranberry's
- 2 boxes uncle ben's long grain & wild rice
- 2 cups apple juice
- 8 ounces four cheese italian blend cheese, pre-grated
How To Make appendicitis pork

Step 1Coat pork chops in cinnamon; cook both sides in a skillet, add some water if necessary.

Step 2In deep frying pan cook rice according to box directions; SUBSTITUTING THE WATER FOR THE APPLE JUICE and add onions. When the rice is almost done, add the dried cranberry's; finish cooking.

Step 3When rice is done, put in 9x13 inch pan; top with pork chops and cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
