Another great tasting pulled pork. I gave my slow cookers a work out over the weekend. Too darn hot to cook.

Enjoy!

How to Make ~ Another Tasty Pulled Pork ~

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a saucepan, saute onion until tender in oil. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes. Set aside. Can do this before or after placing pork in slow cooker.
  • 2Rinse and pat dry pork sirloin. Place in crock pot, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 CUP water. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender. Drain any liquid. Remove the meat and let cool.

Once cool enough to touch, using a couple forks, pull apart pork. Remove any fat or gristle. Return to pot and pour sauce over and toss to coat. Cook another hour on low.

Serve as a side or on a nice crusty bun.
