Ingredients
- 4 cups orange juice, thawed concentrate
- 2 cups rice
- 4 - pork chops, boneless
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
How To Make amber rice with pork chops

Step 1Make orange juice.Use 4 cups of orange juice and 2 cups of rice.

Step 2Mix together in greased 9x13. Add 1 teaspoon curry powder and 1 teaspoon cumin mix well.

Step 3Lay pork chops on top of rice ( will sink a little, it's ok).

Step 4Bake @ 350 for 45 min.Turning chops at 20 min.
