- 1 cup sweet relish
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds fully cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 2 - celery stalks, diced
How To Make amanda's ham salad

Step 1In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, relish, pepper and salt until blended.

Step 2Add the ham, cheese, onion, green pepper and celery and toss until coated. Store the salad, covered, in the refrigerator.
