  • 1 1/3 lb
    ground sirloin
  • 2/3 lb
    spicy bulk pork italian sausage
  • 2 pkg
    ranch dry mix
  • 3 large
    garlic cloves, grated
  • 4 dash(es)
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt**optional**
  • 2 tsp
    course ground pepper
  • 6
    hamburger buns**grilled-with butter**
  • 12 slice
    asiago cheese

  • 1 1/2 c
  • 2 large
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 small
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slice
    crispy bacon
  • 12-24 slice
    crispy potato**thin & deep fried**
  • 4-6 Tbsp

How to Make Big Daddy's Meat & Taters Burger


  1. Combine ingredients 1-7. Make 6 patties. BBQ grill or fry until juices run clear.
  2. Add cheese slices to hot burgers. Spread mayo on all slices on buns
  3. Starting from the bottom, assemble: botton half of toasted bun, tomato, red onion, bacon, crispy fried potatoes, more red oinon, burger and top of bun
