This is the best burger I ever made by far! Open wide, press down, bite in stages and enjoy what is a mouthful of Burger Heaven! Cooking with Passion, sw :)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 pounds ground sirloin
  • 2/3 pound spicy bulk pork italian sausage
  • 2 packages ranch dry mix
  • 3 large garlic cloves, grated
  • 4 dashes liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt**optional**
  • 2 teaspoons course ground pepper
  • 6 - hamburger buns**grilled-with butter**
  • 12 slices asiago cheese
  • GARNISHES
  • 1 1/2 cups arugula
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices crispy bacon
  • 12-24 slices crispy potato**thin & deep fried**
  • 4-6 tablespoons mayonnaise

How To Make big daddy's meat & taters burger

  • Step 1
    Combine ingredients 1-7. Make 6 patties. BBQ grill or fry until juices run clear.
  • Step 2
    Add cheese slices to hot burgers. Spread mayo on all slices on buns
  • Step 3
    Starting from the bottom, assemble: botton half of toasted bun, tomato, red onion, bacon, crispy fried potatoes, more red oinon, burger and top of bun
