How to Make Adobo Pork
- 1In a food processor or blender, combine first 7 ingredients until smooth.
- 2Cut pork shoulder in half and put into 5 quart slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over the pork and cook on high for 8 hours.
- 3Remove meat from slow cooker and cool slightly. Shred the meat and serve on buns or eat with plain, hot cooked rice
