Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 1/2 pounds pork shoulder
How To Make adobo pork

Step 1In a food processor or blender, combine first 7 ingredients until smooth.

Step 2Cut pork shoulder in half and put into 5 quart slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over the pork and cook on high for 8 hours.

Step 3Remove meat from slow cooker and cool slightly. Shred the meat and serve on buns or eat with plain, hot cooked rice
