Ingredients

2 c
tomatoes
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
chili powder
3 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp
Adobo sauce
1 Tbsp
honey
2 clove
garlic, chopped
4 1/2 lb
pork shoulder

How to Make Adobo Pork

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a food processor or blender, combine first 7 ingredients until smooth.
  • 2Cut pork shoulder in half and put into 5 quart slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over the pork and cook on high for 8 hours.
  • 3Remove meat from slow cooker and cool slightly. Shred the meat and serve on buns or eat with plain, hot cooked rice
