  • 3 large
    boneless pork ribs
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    heinz 57
  • 1/2 tsp
    favorite hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 3 clove
    garlic (minced)
  • 1 small
    onion (diced)
  • 1 c
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make A Different Kind Of Rib


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place ribs in baking dish, salt and pepper both sides.
  2. Mix all ingredients in measuring cup or small bowl, pour over ribs, bake at 350 for about 3 hours.
  3. Remove from oven, with 2 forks shred meat add back to juice. We had this over baked potatoes but its good on a bun also.
